OnePoint Assistance is committed to providing valuable, high-quality digital assistance. Initial consultation is provided free of charge. Any service fee is quoted and agreed upon before extended assistance begins — you are never charged without your prior explicit consent. We understand that outcomes can vary, and we aim to be fair and transparent about our refund approach.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund where a portion of the service was delivered satisfactorily. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly to you.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by replying to our refund decision email. We will conduct an additional review and provide a final determination within 5 business days.
